Can help you in many aspects of your event, example: Bring hors d' oeuvres or drinks to your guest, make sure that all the empty glasses and left over food is picked up at regular intervals during the course of the event, help the bartender, and serve your guests. How many Wait Staff do I need? Usually our Wait Staff can handle 1 to 12 people per Wait Staff. Example: If you have a party with more than 55 guests, it's recommended that you have 2-3 Wait Staff or 1 Waitress/Waiter and a cocktail Waitress/Waiter or bar-back. This is to ensure proper tending of the bar area and minimize the waiting time of your guest. What attire is available for the serves/bartenders at my event.
